How do I connect to a NimAir hotspot?
Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings and join the NimAir hotspot network shown for that location. Your device should open an access page automatically. If it does not, open a browser and try visiting any website — you should be redirected to the access page.
The hotspot login page did not appear. What should I do?
Try opening a new browser tab and visiting any website — the access page usually appears automatically once you do. If it still does not appear, turn Wi-Fi off and back on, reconnect to the NimAir hotspot network, and try again. If the issue continues, contact NimAir support with the hotspot location and time so it can be looked into.
How do I reconnect if I get disconnected?
Rejoin the same NimAir hotspot network from your device’s Wi-Fi settings. If you were in the middle of an active access session, you may be reconnected automatically. If not, follow the access flow again.
Where are NimAir hotspots available?
NimAir Hotspot is available in a growing number of locations. Share your area on the coverage page and NimAir will confirm whether hotspot access is available near you.
