How does Home Internet installation work?
After you check availability and choose an option, NimAir arranges an installation visit to set up your connection. A NimAir technician will confirm timing with you directly once your request is processed.
What do I need to know about my router and Wi-Fi?
Your router is set up during installation with a Wi-Fi name and password you can find printed on the device. Keep it powered on and connected at all times for the best experience, and avoid placing it inside cabinets or behind large appliances.
I'm moving house. Can I take my connection with me?
Contact NimAir support before you move so your new location can be checked for availability. Moving a connection usually means a new installation visit at the new address.
